Is there a cost to deliver and install the machine?

No

Is there a contract to sign?

Yes however the contract is more about the details of where the vending machine is being placed rather than locking in for a period of time.

Do we have to provide insurance for the machine and the stock in the machine?

No we insure all our equipment and stock.

Can we select the range of products we want?

Yes however all products are closely monitored and if they don’t sell we can discuss about replacing it with other products.

What happens if the product jams and it doesn’t dispense?

We display on all our machines a number to call when there is a problem such as a product jam we take the details and mail out them a refund. Most importantly we then go out and fix the machine to stop from happening again.
