Workplace vending machines

Telemetry Software

We are only one of very few in the Northern Territory that uses Telemetry software which dials in and can see your usage. This ensures the machine is serviced when it needs filling and we can analyse the data to maximise the sales.

For example the vending machine may have a busy day and therefore run out of stock. The Telemetry system will highlight this to us and we will service the machine the next day. Otherwise the vending machine may be out of stock therefore making the consumers unhappy and sales are lost for that machine. The Telemetry system will also inform us of the sales for the machine therefore we can swap slow selling products with faster selling products. All this is to ensure the vending machine is full and working at all times. This makes our service more efficient than the traditional vending operators and that’s why we can service more machines in a normal working day.

Vending Machines for Workplaces

We will deliver the vending machine free of charge and we will come and service the vending machine free of charge. We offer you a hassle free service. All our machines are fitted with the “telemetry system” which is a ”back to base” software. This software is designed to report back to us when the machine needs servicing. Therefore we service your machine when it needs servicing. Please enquire how we can also support your social club.
